- Source and screen candidates for open positions across functions
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines on job portals
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and status reports
- Follow up with candidates through the offer and joining process
- Build a strong network of active and passive candidates
Required Skills:
- Positive sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment
- Positive understanding of different job roles and skill requirements
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Good to Have:
- Experience in staffing/consulting firms
- Exposure to niche or IT recruitment
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
