Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end ownership, governance, and optimization of the Qualtrics platform globally.

- Platform Strategy (Build) •With his/her app consultant team, manage the positive success of Qualtrics RUN •Team Leadership •Stakeholders Management •Analytics and Insights

Global Platform Ownership

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Qualtrics globally •Manage B2B & B2C experience management programs •Drive continuous platform improvements aligned with business needs.

BUILD (Strategic Development & Roadmap)

- Define and implement the annual Qualtrics BUILD roadmap •Align with: •B2B/B2C Program Directors •XM Regional Leads TDDI global teams

RUN (Operations & Service Delivery)

Own the day-to-day success and smooth functioning of Qualtrics

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : Engineer degree/ equivalent level

Experience : 15+ years of experience in SAAS tools

5+ years in Qualtrics platform
