Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Design and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Drive performance management processes across the organisation
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
- Partner with leadership on organisational development and workforce planning
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and advantages administration
- Mentor and guide the HR team on day-to-day operations

Required Skills

- Strong experience managing full-spectrum HR operations
- Solid understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance




- Experience with performance management systems
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with compensation and benefits structuring

Good to Have

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience in a multi-location or multi-vertical organisation
- SHRM/HR certification
