Employee Services Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

We are seeking Employee Services Executives to join our HtR team and support the Hire to Retire (Operational Support Service) team, delivering efficient and high-quality services across onboarding, benefits, mobility, offboarding, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handle Operational Support Services including crew posting, certificates, qualifications, roster updates, visa applications, and travel documentation.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Shared Services or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Experience in airline industry and handling flight crew rostering will be an added advantage.
