We're Hiring | M365 Senior Engineer
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Minimum 3 days/week from office, Andheri East)
Shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced M365 Senior Engineer to join a global engineering team supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.

58 years of relevant experience

Good to Have:
PowerShell Scripting
Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
Entra ID (Azure AD) & SSO
ITIL, Incident & Change Management
Basic Cybersecurity knowledge
Agile/Scrum experience

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Provide L1/L1.5 operational support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues before escalation.




Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to enhance the Microsoft 365 environment.
Support Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform initiatives.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Work closely with global teams supporting users across the US, Europe, and APAC regions.

What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a global support workplace.
