Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented, highly networked Senior HR Recruiter to

lead our talent acquisition efforts across our non-IT verticals. In this role, you will

be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent for diverse positions,

ranging from corporate management and niche technical professionals to critical

field, sales, and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety

of non-IT roles across functions like Supply Chain, Operations, Sales,

Engineering, Plant/Factory Management, and Finance.

- Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond standard job boards to source active and

passive talent using localized networks, headhunting, industry-specific forums,

employee referrals, and specialized non-IT recruitment channels.

- High-Volume & Bulk Hiring: Efficiently manage mass recruitment drives,

campus placements, or walk-in interviews for frontline, field, or customer-facing

positions based on business seasonality.





- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Department Heads and

Plant/Regional Managers to understand localized manpower requirements,

define exact ideal candidate profiles, and set realistic hiring timelines.

- Assessment & Evaluation: Structure and conduct rigorous competency-based

interviews to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, stability, geographic

mobility, and cultural fit.

- Offer Negotiation & Closure: Benchmark salary ranges against industry

standards, structure competitive compensation packages, and handle complex

offer negotiations to maximize candidate acceptance rates.

- Data & KPI Tracking: Maintain meticulous candidate records in the HRMS/ATS.

Track and report weekly on recruitment analytics such as Time-to-Hire,

Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Join ratios.
