Job Summary: "

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager -Accounts & Finance to lead and the financial operations in the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and reporting standards while supporting business growth and decision-making.

The incumbent will drive end-to-end accounting functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. They will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

This position requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic financial oversight with operational excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights that contribute to the organization's financial health and long-term objectives.

Job requirement

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including maintenance of books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and ensure timely finalization of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Prepare and present MIS reports including cash flow, profitability analysis, and debtors/creditors ageing, along with variance analysis.
- Ensure complete compliance with Indian taxation laws including GST (returns, reconciliations, GST amendments, GST refund application), TDS (calculation, filing), Income Tax, and support in Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits,



including coordination with auditors and closure of audit queries.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including vendor payments, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, PF compliance, and expense tracking.
- Will be required to keep updated with recent tax enactments
- Positive knowledge of Advanced Excel is required
- Should be able to handle voluminous data and possess valuable communication skills - both written and verbal
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including variance tracking and cost optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

Skill required

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and financial management.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ability to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Good communication skill verbal as well as written
- Knowledge in Advance excel (Vlookup , Pivot , Formulas , shortcuts)

Qualification

- 6+ years experience with relevant Chartered Accountant degree and further training in the field for Managerial Role.
- Experience in financial services / consulting / multi-entity environment preferred
- Candidate should be from Electronic industry, ex-Telecom, IT hardware and IT Networking Industry.
