About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in the EdTech certification industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for certification-based training organizations and be well-versed in sourcing talent across Sales, Operations, Training, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate functions.Candidates with prior recruitment experience in organizations offering professional certification programs such as PMP, Six Sigma, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, AI, DevOps, Agile, and related domains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche hiring requirements.




- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Stay updated with hiring trends and talent availability within the EdTech certification ecosystem.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior recruitment experience in the EdTech certification/training industry is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in hiring for Sales, Business Development, Trainers, Technical, and Corporate roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
