JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring business ideas to life through powerful visuals. If you're someone who gets a thrill from creating stunning presentations, slick infographics, and intuitive design frameworks keep reading.

REQUIREMENTS

- You have 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or MNC exposure is a bonus).
- You live and breathe PowerPoint, but know your way around Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic video editing too.
- You're curious about how AI and automation can up your design game.
- You're organized, deadline-savvy, and unfazed by multitasking.
- You're confident chatting with senior stakeholders and making their asks look visually amazing.
- You come with a solid portfolio we want to see what you've created!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Start your day by syncing with the Solution Design team or jumping into a design request that just landed.
- Review a project brief its text-heavy, full of numbers, ideas, and stakeholder inputs.
- Break it down, visualize the hierarchy, and sketch out how to turn it into an engaging story.
- Open PowerPoint, Illustrator, or your favorite tool begin crafting slides, infographics, or frameworks that communicate, not decorate. • Work your magic:



icons, grids, layouts, and maybe a splash of AI enhanced productivity.
- Jump on a call with a stakeholder to present options or get feedback — confidently defend design choices (with a smile).
- Refine, tweak, polish — till the visuals say what the words couldn't.
- Wrap up the day by logging deliverables, updating your project tracker, and maybe exploring a current design plugin before you sign off. Bonus Points If You...
- Can turn messy data into clean, visual gold (infographics are your jam).
