- The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth order processing, inventory coordination, and timely customer support.
- The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and platform knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations :-

- Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart.
- Process and track customer orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for timely shipping and returns.

Product Listing & Catalog Management : -

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images).
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, offers, and SKU mapping.
- Maintain product catalog accuracy including size, color, stock, and specifications.

Inventory Management : -

- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly across all platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Maintain inventory reports and reconciliation.

Customer Support & Order Management : -

- Handle customer queries, complaints, cancellations, refunds, and returns.




- Ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Coordinate with platform support teams when required.

Reports & Analysis : -

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and order reports.
- Track performance metrics like sales, returns, cancellations, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in sales analysis and performance improvement initiatives.

Promotions & Campaign Support : -

- Assist in managing online sales events, deals, and festive campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing team for banners, creatives, and promotional content.
- Update offers and discounts as per campaign requirements.

Compliance & Coordination : -

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, settlements, and payment reconciliation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies : -

- Hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reports preferred)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
