Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communication for inquiries, follow-ups & order conversion
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate and close export orders
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce/Business preferred)
- 28 years experience in export sales / international business
- Solid understanding of export markets & client handling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact confidently with international clients
- Proficiency in MS Office
