Job Title: Project Head Fire Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of fire protection projects across multiple locations.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Execute and manage projects in Oil & Gas industries and PSU sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within defined cost and quality parameters.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project MIS reports and updates to senior management.
- Support business development with technical inputs and project discussions.

Key Requirements:





- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Fire / Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry.
- Proven experience in handling projects in Oil & Gas and PSU sectors.
- Robust experience in team handling and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, suppression systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as NFPA, IS Codes, etc.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
