About the Role:

Chetak Sweet Point is one of the leading sweet shop chains in Navi Mumbai. As we scale our retail outlets, supply chain, and production facilities, we are looking for a hands-on IT & Digital Solutions Lead to act as our internal "Digital Officer."

This is a unique, highly autonomous role. You will not just be writing code; you will own our entire technology footprint. You will become the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our core third-party SaaS platforms, manage vendor relationships, bootstrap foundational IT infrastructure, and build custom internal software tools to bridge operational gaps and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Custom Software Development & Automation

- Identify manual gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks across our retail and production ecosystem.

- Design, develop, and deploy lightweight internal software applications and automation scripts from ideation through to production.

- Utilize open-source tools and cloud infrastructure to build robust, scalable solutions.

2. SaaS Ownership & Vendor Management

- Deep-dive into our third-party SaaS enterprise software to become the absolute internal Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the software vendor - managing all queries, feature tracking, bug reporting, and configurations.

- Ensure the vendor's platform is fully optimized and running exactly the way our business operations require.

3. Infrastructure Setup & 24/7 Reliability

- Bootstrap, configure, and maintain the firm's foundational IT infrastructure (servers, local networks, cloud components).





- Implement end-to-end monitoring and alerting systems to ensure all business-critical applications maintain 24/7 uptime.

- Own the incident response process, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize any operational downtime.

4. Full-Stack Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and debug complex technical issues spanning hardware (POS terminals, printers), local networks (routers, firewalls, connectivity), and cloud systems.

- Coordinate aggressively with hardware, network, and ISP vendors to ensure timely resolution of infrastructure problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline (or an MCA/equivalent technical degree).

Technical Skill Set

- Programming Languages: Core proficiency in Python and Java for building lightweight applications, APIs, and automation scripts.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) for deploying and hosting applications.

- Systems & Networking: Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware debugging, local area networks (LAN), routing, and cloud networking basics.

- Tools: Experience leveraging open-source tools, version control (Git), and basic infrastructure monitoring tools.
