Your Role

As a Video Conferencing Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-grade video conferencing and unified communication platforms. You will define architecture, standards, and optimization strategies to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable collaboration experiences across global environments.

- Define and designend-to-end architecturefor enterprise conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco/Webex) including HLD/LLD and reference architectures.
- Establishgovernance standardsfor meeting rooms, AV infrastructure, lifecycle management, and global conferencing policies.
- Leadplatform optimization initiatives, including QoS tuning, endpoint configuration, and performance improvement to enhance user experience.
- Driveintegration and automation, ensuring seamless connectivity with M365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and enabling automation via PowerShell and Graph API.




- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, Logitech) to manage SLAs, ensure compliance, and support transformation to cloud-based conferencing solutions.

Your Profile

- Strong expertise inVideo Conferencing Unified Communications platforms(Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco/Webex).
- In-depth knowledge ofM365 ecosystem, including Teams Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Azure AD integrations.
- Solid understanding ofAV technologies and meeting room infrastructure(Poly, Logitech, Crestron).
- Hands-on experience withnetworking concepts (QoS, TCP/IP, firewall integration)and performance optimization for real-time communications.
- Proficiency inautomation and monitoring tools including PowerShell, Graph API, CQD, TAC, along with robust stakeholder communication and governance skills.
