Job Description AVP/VP- (Projects)

Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred: M.Tech / NICMAR / PMP or equivalent qualification in Construction or Project Management.

Experience

- 20to 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in executing large-scale Residential and Commercial projects from inception to handover.
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, cost control, quality, contracts, stakeholder management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial,Township real estate projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, cash flow, and key milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Contracts, Purchase, Finance, Sales, CRM, Legal,



Liaison, and Marketing teams.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Review project risks, resolve critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct project review meetings and present progress updates to senior management and promoters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, company policies, and industry standards.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, value engineering, and continuous process improvement.
