- Manage finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and reports.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Coordinate audits, banking, and statutory authorities.
- Manage project accounting and cost control.
- Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
- Lead the finance team and improve financial processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
- 8-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in EPC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or Project-based companies.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, MIS, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
- Experience in project accounting, banking, and audit coordination.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
