Hiring for seasoned professionals with experience in Hedge Fund Accounting.

Experience: 8- 15 Years
Location: Mumbai | Pune | Hyderabad
Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Hedge Fund Accounting operations for a portfolio of clients.
- Review and approve NAV calculations, fund valuations, investor allocations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee P&L;/performance reporting, audit deliverables, and fund administration activities.
- Manage client deliverables while ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor teams while collaborating with global stakeholders across Operations, Middle Office, Pricing, and Investor Relations.

Requirements:

- Over 8 years of experience in Hedge Fund Accounting/Fund Administration.
- Mandatory experience in NAV Calculation & Review, Fund Valuation, Investor Allocation, and Financial Statement Review.
- Proven team handling/people management experience.
- Robust client and stakeholder management with exposure to global teams.
- Experience in audit support, regulatory reporting, and process improvement is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
