JOB DESCRIPTION :

AGM Planning & PMO (Real Estate Projects)

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: NICMAR / Master's in Construction or Project Management

Experience:

- 12–18 years in Planning & PMO within Real Estate / Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using MS Project.
- Drive PMO governance, project controls, and MIS reporting.
- Prepare project dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and key milestones.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, Design, Purchase, Contracts, and Liaison teams.
- Conduct management review meetings and present project status to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective utilization of Power BI, SAP, Collab, Bandhoo, and Excel for project monitoring and reporting.
- Support timely project execution through cross-functional coordination and risk mitigation.
