We are currently hiring for the position of Estimation Manager with a reputed organization in the Interior Fit-Out industry. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in estimation, tendering, and cost control.

Job Title: Estimation Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to 1 Lakh per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimation of interior fit-out projects and preparation of BOQs
- Managing complete tendering process and bid submissions
- Cost estimation, cost control, and contract documentation
- Reviewing technical & commercial specifications
- Interpreting drawings, quantities, and project specifications
- Verifying contractor and subcontractor claims
- Coordinating with procurement and production teams




- Managing bid calendar and ensuring timely submissions
- Maintaining vendor/subcontractor database

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, tendering, and quantity surveying
- Good understanding of drawings and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
