Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 38 years of experience in technical evaluation, property valuation, construction monitoring, or project engineering.
- Experience in Housing Finance Companies (HFC), Banks, NBFCs, Valuation Firms, or Construction/PMC organizations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices, BOQ, estimation, and project documentation.
- Hands-on experience in technical site inspections, valuation reports, and construction monitoring.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, Revit, or similar engineering software is an advantage.
- Solid communication, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and project monitoring.
