- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Development Teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks impacting project timelines.
