- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and mid-senior level mandates in the BFSI domain.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
- Build and maintain a solid network of professionals across BFSI (Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, Insurance, and Investment firms).
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and delivery on search assignments.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain data accuracy, search strategy, and pipeline updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation structures, and talent movements within BFSI.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
• 38 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to BFSI clients.
• Experience with search firms or corporate HR teams handling BFSI hiring will be an added advantage.
