L1 Wi-Fi Support Engineer Airport Site: 25,000/-
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor tools such as WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) and PRTG (Paessler Router Traffic Grapher).
2. Monitor kiosk machines and ensure smooth Wi-Fi operations.
3. Inform and coordinate with the Wipro team if any access point goes down and ensure timely network restoration.
4. Raise and manage ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
5. Perform regular airport site walks and conduct roaming and speed tests.
6. Send daily shift updates to the internal team (Transmedia Group) and external client.
7. Assist ISP vendors and Transmedia employees visiting the site and help them obtain temporary passes.
8. Daily reporting to Operational Manager & Complete assigned L2 tasks as instructed.
9. Share daily shift-wise captive portal recording videos on the WhatsApp group.
10. Work in rotational shifts (A, B, C).

L2 Wi-Fi Support Engineer Airport Site: 35,000/-
Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure 24/7 live operations by planning and coordinating effectively with L1 support engineers to maintain uninterrupted Wi-Fi services.
2.



Lead and supervise the team while managing overall site operations to ensure smooth network performance.
3. Coordinate with ISP vendors and Transmedia employees during site visits and assist them in obtaining temporary access passes.
4. Handle invoice submissions and coordinate closely with the Accounts team for timely processing and documentation.
5. Monitor network performance using tools such as WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) and PRTG (Paessler Router Traffic Grapher).
6. Proactively identify access point or network issues and coordinate with the Wipro team to ensure timely restoration of services.
7. Raise, track, and efficiently manage incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
8. Provide daily operational reports and updates to the IT Manager and Operations Manager.
9. Monitor daily shift activities and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all operational tasks.
