Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage contract e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless execution of orders from receipt to delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehousing, and customer service to resolve issues promptly.

- Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as stock tracking, ordering, and restocking products on time.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions, including sales data and inventory levels.

- Provide excellent communication skills to customers through email support or chat platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or related field (freshers welcome).

- Robust understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
