We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Functional Qualified specializing in the Learning module. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Learning solutions to meet business requirements and enhance employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Workday Learning module
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to learning and development
- Implement and support Workday Learning solutions and enhancements
- Manage course content, learning campaigns, and training programs
- Collaborate with HR, L&D;, and IT teams for system improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting within the Learning module
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials
