ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound calling and outreach activities for our ServiceNow practice. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification, and setting up meetings for the senior sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads for ServiceNow solutions
• Qualify leads by identifying pain points, budget, and decision-making authority
• Deliver introductory pitches on ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
• Schedule product demos and discovery calls for senior account executives
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot)
• Meet monthly targets for call volumes, qualified leads, and meetings set
• Research target accounts and identify key contacts (CIOs, IT Heads, VPs)
• Follow up promptly on marketing campaign leads
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development
• Prior experience in IT / SaaS / software product sales preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Hands-on experience with any CRM tool
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (6080 dials/day)
VALUABLE TO HAVE
• Familiarity with ServiceNow product portfolio
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
• Knowledge of BANT / MEDDIC lead qualification frameworks
• Prior exposure to mid-market or enterprise client outreach
