Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow Celebal Technologies' business presence across North America. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strategic client relationships and expanding our footprint in USA & Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers




- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to craft tailored client solutions
- Represent Celebal Technologies at regional events, networking forums and industry conferences
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership

Requirements

- 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in AI, Data or Cloud solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the North American market
- Solid understanding of the NORAM business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Passionate and driven professional who is willing to plan a long innings in Celebal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field
