Minimum Experience 2+ years: Subspecialities: Cardiac Cath and EPS , Cardiology (EKG), General Surgery, EM IP OP With Obgyn, Orthopedic, Plastic Surgery, Surgery, GI Surgery, ENT Surgery, Oncology, Ortho Surgery

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality audits for Surgery coding (major/minor procedures)
- Review CPT coding, modifiers, and documentation accuracy
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines
- Identify coding discrepancies and provide actionable feedback
- Perform RCA for coding errors and suggest improvements
- Maintain audit reports and quality metrics




- Support coder training and knowledge enhancement
- 1-6th Series

Eligibility Criteria:

- Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS / COC
- Experience: 2-6 years in
- For QA Coders- coding with QA/Auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of CPT codes, surgical procedures, modifiers (51, 59, etc.)
- Positive understanding of coding compliance and guidelines
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

- Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred
- Willing to work from office (Noida location)
