About the Role

We're looking for a driven and analytical skilled to help grow Saffe's (an emerging women's fast fashion and apparel brand based in Noida) presence across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion and other leading e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, merchandising, marketing and e-commerce marketplace operations to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across marketplaces including Myntra, Amazon and Nykaa Fashion
- Optimise product listings, catalogues, keywords and content to improve discoverability and conversions.
- Plan and execute marketplace ad campaigns, promotions and seasonal events.
- Monitor sales, traffic, inventory and pricing to maximise performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, stock planning and catalogue updates.
- Track marketplace trends, competitors and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.




- Work with marketplace account managers to improve visibility and resolve operational issues.
- Analyse performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

- 24 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or digital retail.
- Experience managing Amazon, Myntra or other online marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented and eager to build a fast-growing consumer brand.
