- Transition Management
- Lead end-to-end transition activities for current projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
- Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and allocate appropriate resources for smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and create effective mitigation strategies.
- Solution Design
- Partner with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and design customized, scalable solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and contribute to solution proposals.
- Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact during transition phases, maintaining consistent communication and trust with clients.
- Lead regular client meetings, status updates, and feedback sessions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Process Optimization & Documentation
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for transition processes, solution designs, and client interactions.
- Track and report performance against defined KPIs and benchmarks.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support and align on transition initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred). 12+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 3–4 years specifically in project and transition management related to Medical Coding.
- Proven track record in managing complex transitions and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with execution capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
