Job Title: Cyber Security Proposal & Solutioning Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically inclined professional who can support Cyber Security proposal development, solution scoping, client coordination, and project support activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of communication skills, proposal writing capabilities, requirement gathering exposure, and interest in cyber security technologies.

This role will work closely with leadership on Federal/SLED opportunities, cyber security proposals, client discussions, and project management support activities. The position requires someone who is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end proposal development activities for Federal, SLED, and Cyber Security opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposal drafts, responses, documentation, and client deliverables
• Participate in requirement gathering discussions and support initial solution scoping activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for technical inputs, pricing details, and proposal documentation
• Support project management and proposal tracking activities using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attend client meetings, project discussions, and sales calls as required
• Work closely with leadership to understand client requirements and translate them into structured proposal responses
• Conduct research on cyber security technologies, market trends, and client requirements
• Utilize AI tools and up-to-date technologies to improve proposal quality and delivery efficiency
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, action items, and proposal repositories
• Support presentation preparation and client communication activities
• Participate in video calls and client-facing discussions regularly





Required Skills & Qualifications
• 37 years of experience in Proposal Writing, PMO Support, Pre-Sales, Technical Coordination, Project Management Support, or Cyber Security Support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
• Good understanding of technology concepts, cyber security fundamentals, or enterprise IT environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in proposal drafting, documentation, requirement gathering, or client coordination activities
• Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and participating in business discussions
• Willingness to learn cyber security solutioning and sales support activities
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Comfortable working in EST time zone and attending client calls accordingly
• Must be comfortable appearing on video calls for internal and client discussions

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Federal/SLED proposals or government opportunities
• Exposure to Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, or Enterprise IT solutions
• Experience working in PMO, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or Consulting environments
• Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools and proposal automation concepts
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or solution support roles
