Key Responsibilities-

* Own end-to-end operational execution of residential projects at Noida, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
* Handle client escalations proactively — identify root causes, coordinate corrective action, and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate closely with the Design team to ensure design intent is accurately translated into execution.
* Liaise with the Production team to track material readiness, manufacturing timelines, and on-site installation schedules.
* Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional problem-solving to keep projects on track.
* Conduct regular site visits and quality checks across Noida projects to ensure execution meets defined standards.
* Manage vendor and contractor coordination for on-ground execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality norms.
* Prepare and present project status reports, escalation trackers, and operational dashboards to leadership.
* Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
* Mentor and guide site/operations executives to build a robust, accountable team.





Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience in Operations Management, with strong, demonstrable exposure to Residential Projects (real estate, interiors, or construction execution).
* Proven track record in client handling, relationship management, and customer escalation resolution.
* Strong cross-functional coordination experience, especially with Design and Production teams.
* Sound understanding of residential project execution workflows, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-first approach.
* Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously within Noida and surrounding areas.
* Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with project tracking or ERP tools preferred.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.

Educational Qualification-

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
