Key Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting domain with proven expertise in business problem solving and delivering significant business value to the clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exposure to Service industry is must
- Lean Six Sigma certified or formally trained (Black Belt preferred)
- Hands on experience in SAP/JDE
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to deliver measurable business value.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management Systems (iQMS, ISO, CMMI).
- Conduct thought leadership workshops and create continuous improvement roadmaps for client accounts.
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma,



Quality, and Digital Transformation training to build organizational capability.
- Drive innovation and automation projects to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Delivery Excellence by implementing quality frameworks and best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate process risks using the No Surprise Framework.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity improvements through regular reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives.
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and MS Office for process management, reporting, and documentation.
- Support Finance & Accounting operations through process standardization and operational excellence.
- Promote a data-driven culture by applying Lean Six Sigma tools, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
