Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Application Customer Support Executives. This role involves providing first-level support for the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assisting internal users with application-related queries, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to recruiters and internal users on JobDiva ATS.
- Resolve basic application-related queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Create, update, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate candidate, job, and recruitment data within the system.
- Monitor job postings and candidate submissions to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate basic recruitment and operational reports using MS Excel and JobDiva.
- Coordinate with the JobDiva support team for issue resolution.
- Assist in training new users on basic ATS functionalities.
- Maintain proper documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Application Support, Recruitment Support, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
Preferred
- Exposure to JobDiva ATS or any Applicant Tracking System is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
