Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Digital Product team and drive data-informed decision-making across digital products. In this role, you will own product analytics, define and track key product metrics, analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels, generate actionable insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and business outcomes. You will play a key role in implementing analytics frameworks, validating product hypotheses through experimentation, and enabling product teams with data-driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

- Define, implement, and monitor product KPIs across web, mobile, and partner platforms.
- Own end-to-end implementation, validation, and maintenance of Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics for Android, iOS, and web applications.
- Analyze customer journeys, clickstream data, and product funnels to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Generate data-driven hypotheses and validate them through A/B testing, experimentation, and research studies.
- Build automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to support analytics initiatives and enhance digital experiences.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Analytics within an Internet, eCommerce, FoodTech, or Consumer Technology company.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics across web and mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.




- Experience using Python or R for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must have skills:

- 3-5 years of Product Analytics experience in a digital or consumer internet environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and product event tracking.
- Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing product funnels, customer journeys, and clickstream data.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, KPI tracking, and dashboard creation.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for analytics and reporting automation.

Good to have skills:

- Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, or consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile product development.
- Exposure to data warehouse environments and cloud-based analytics platforms.
