Job Title: Anchor Education & Social Media Content

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Anchor who understands the fast-moving education ecosystem and can present engaging content across YouTube videos, Shorts, and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable simplifying complex education topics, delivering breaking updates, and creating content that resonates with students and young audiences.

The role involves creating and presenting content around:

- Exam updates & breaking news
- College & university overviews
- Admission processes & counselling
- Education trends, career guidance & career counselling
- Viral/social-media-led education discussions
- Exam controversies & policy updates

What You'll Do

- Present engaging, high-energy videos for YouTube, Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Deliver content confidently in Hindi/Hinglish and English.
- Explain complex education topics in a straightforward, relatable, and student-friendly manner.
- Stay updated on trending education news and social media conversations.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, producers, and editors to create high-retention content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative content ideas.
- Record videos efficiently while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
- Adapt presentation style based on platform trends and audience preferences.
- Suggest video formats, hooks, thumbnails, and content angles to improve engagement.
- Ensure factual accuracy while covering breaking news and time-sensitive updates.

Skills We're Looking For





- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/Hinglish and English.
- Strong on-camera presence with confidence and clarity.
- Ability to engage audiences through storytelling and expressive delivery.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and creator-style content.
- Ability to simplify educational information into engaging, easy-to-understand videos.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and short-form content formats.
- Familiarity with Instagram trends and evolving platform algorithms.
- Ability to work efficiently during breaking news or exam updates.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO is a plus.

Bonus Points If You:

- Have experience anchoring for YouTube channels, digital media, or education platforms.
- Understand Gen Z audience behavior and content preferences.
- Can identify viral content opportunities before they trend.
- Have experience creating YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Can contribute to content strategy and editorial planning.
- Possess basic video editing skills.

Preferred Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience as an Anchor, Content Creator, Presenter, or Video Host.
- Background in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Content, or related fields preferred.
- Comfortable creating creator-style content rather than traditional news presentation.
- Portfolio or sample videos are mandatory.
