Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement hybrid testing strategies combining manual and automation approaches for productive test coverage, test planning approaches, and quality validation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and repeatability.
- Design scalable automation frameworks and testing solutions using Selenium or Playwright.
- Drive GUI testing activities to ensure usability, consistency, accessibility, and user experience quality.
- Define database validation strategies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Develop reusable automation libraries, framework enhancements, and test accelerators.
- Analyze complex requirements and identify risk areas, edge cases, and critical scenarios for testing.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Review test cases and automation scripts to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Drive automation coverage improvements and optimize regression testing execution.
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Mentor team members in both manual and automation testing techniques improving team capability.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end quality delivery.
