- Multibody Dynamics Simulation: Develop, validate, and run complex MBD models to predict the kinematic and dynamic behavior of mechanical systems (e.g., mechanisms, linkages, automotive chassis, robotics).
- Dynamic Load Analysis: Calculate time-varying forces, torques, velocities, and accelerations acting on components to ensure structural integrity and predict fatigue.
- Model-Based Design (MODSIM): Convert 3D CAD geometry into simulation models, applying joints, constraints, contacts, and loads.
- Optimization: Perform simulation-driven design studies to optimize mechanisms for performance (e.g., speed, efficiency, stability).
- Vibration Analysis:
Perform modal and transient analysis to identify resonance frequencies and mitigate vibration-related issues.
- Validation & Correlation: Compare simulation results with physical test data to validate models and improve prediction accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Testing, Structural Analysis) to resolve agile issues and provide design recommendations. Provide analytical support and solutions for transversal product teams.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, simulations findings, and documentation for design sign-offs.
