Job Summary:
The Dispatch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the timely dispatch of finished goods while ensuring accurate documentation, inventory reconciliation, and compliance with company procedures. The role focuses on on-time deliveries, productive logistics coordination, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
- Verify dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
- Monitor vehicle loading, dispatch schedules, and transporter performance.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and support continuous process improvement.
- Lead and supervise the dispatch team to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- 510 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, inventory management, and transport documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication, and team management skills.
