Profile

- Proven leadership experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud delivery.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of SRE and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong track record in delivery within global, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and alignment skills in a matrix organization.
- Preferred: Experience with AI in engineering/operations; knowledge of IIoT or cloud-edge; exposure to

external innovation ecosystems.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Platform Delivery & DevOps team in India; build capabilities in Cloud, DevOps, SRE,

automation, and AI-supported engineering.

- Establish a performance-driven, accountable team culture and coach team leads and engineers.
- Own end-to-end delivery (Plan Build Deploy Operate) ensuring predictability, quality, scalability,

and stable operations.

- Manage capacity,



prioritization, and transparent delivery reporting.
- Implement and execute global DevOps standards, processes, and tooling defined by the DevOps Tribe (HQ).
- Ensure reliable CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated deployments in line with global guidelines.
- Strengthen SRE practices (reliability, performance, incident management) and ensure solid observability

(monitoring, logging, alerting).

- Integrate DevSecOps and security practices into daily delivery operations.
- Introduce targeted AI-supported engineering practices to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
- Drive focused innovation (PoCs, MVPs) aligned with delivery priorities and scale proven solutions.
- Ensure close collaboration and alignment with global teams in India, US (Architecture), and Germany (Tribe

Ownership).
