About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AWS / Amazon Connect Engineer to join Customer Experience Services organization. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-based customer experience solutions using AWS and CaaS platforms.

You will work in a quick-paced, agile environment to enhance next-generation CX platforms while maintaining and supporting live production systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and manage Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Develop and enhance contact flows, routing strategies, and integrations
- Integrate AWS services including:
- Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM
- Third-party APIs and CX tools

- Build scalable automation using Python / JavaScript / Node.js
- Work across the full DevOps lifecycle:

- Design, development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments

- Support production systems and provide L3 incident resolution
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering teams
- Contribute to code reviews and design discussions




- Implement automation to reduce manual effort
- Improve system performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in AWS and cloud platforms
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Strong expertise in AWS services:
- Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM

- Experience in scripting with:

- Python / JavaScript / Node.js

- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across environments
- Experience supporting production systems (L3 support)

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher)
- Experience with CaaS platforms (Genesys, RingCentral)
- Familiarity with CX technologies:
- Voice, IVR, Chat, Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp)

- Knowledge of monitoring and automation tools
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments
