Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Developer with hands-on expertise in the Contributor Relations module. The ideal candidate should have strong PeopleTools development experience and a solid understanding of advancement, fundraising, donor management, alumni relations, and contribution processing within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, integrating, and supporting PeopleSoft Contributor Relations applications while ensuring high performance and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations applications.
Design, develop, and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces.
Customise donor, alumni, fundraising, pledge, and gift management processes.
Develop reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, and XML Publisher.
Create and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse requirements.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and production deployment.
Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Development experience.
Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Contributor Relations.
Solid PeopleTools development skills.
Experience with PeopleCode.
Application Engine.
SQR.
Component Interfaces.
Application Packages.
Integration Broker.
File Layouts.
PS Query.
BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
SQL and Oracle Database.
PeopleSoft Security fundamentals.
Experience in full SDLC.
Preferred Skills
