Script Writer Education & Social Media Content

We are looking for a sharp and trend-aware Script Writer who understands the fast-moving education space and can create engaging scripts for YouTube videos, shorts and Instagram Reels.

The role involves scripting around:

- Exam updates & breaking news
- College & university overviews
- Admission processes & counselling
- Education trends, career topics & career counselling
- Viral/social-media-led education discussions
- Exam controversies & policy updates

What Youll Do

- Write crisp, engaging, high-retention scripts in Hindi/Hinglish + English
- Create strong hooks, pacing, and audience retention moments
- Create viral worthy content for Instagram
- Track trending education topics across YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, etc.
- Convert complex information into easy, fast-consumable content
- Coordinate with anchors and editors for smooth execution
- Research quickly and ensure factual accuracy under tight deadlines
- Suggest video angles, thumbnail ideas, and viral formats
- Adapt content style based on platform trends and audience behavior

Skills We’re Looking For

- Strong writing, communication (well-versed with Hindi & English) and storytelling skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills




- Deep understanding of social media trends and internet culture
- Ability to identify viral content opportunities quickly
- Excellent research and fact-checking ability
- Understanding of YouTube retention, hooks, and short-form content structure
- Understanding of Instagram Algorithm, pace at which trend changes, ability to create around trends
- Ability to work fast during breaking news/exam updates
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc. is a big plus
- Basic SEO understanding for YouTube titles, tags, and descriptions
- Interest in the education/career/exam ecosystem preferred

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience writing for YouTube channels or media brands
- Understand Gen Z audience psychology
- Can independently spot trends before they go mainstream
- Have experience with Shorts/Reels scripting
- Can assist with content strategy and content calendars
- Confident on Camera
- Basic Editing Skills

Preferred Profile

- 1–3 years of content/script writing experience
- Journalism, media, mass communication, or creator background preferred
- Portfolio/sample scripts mandatory
