Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy RoadmapDefine and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for loyalty platformsincluding B2C, B2B, and Partner Loyalty (PRM/ERM).Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps tobuild differentiated loyalty products.Drive development of AI-powered loyalty solutions including recommendationengines, predictive engagement, and dynamic rewards.Build scalable Pay with Points, Earn Burn, Gamification, and CoalitionLoyalty models.
