Were Hiring: Marketing Program Manager (Integrated Marketing)

About the Role

Were looking for someone who can bring order to marketing chaos.

This is not a Performance Marketing role.

This is not a Social Media role.

This is not a Brand Manager role.

Your job is to make sure every campaign goes live flawlessly across every marketing channel and every brand.

If were launching a new report, a webinar, a festival campaign, a product, or a feature, you will own the entire launch plan from start to finish.

You'll coordinate multiple teams, manage timelines, allocate budgets, remove blockers, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What Youll Own

* Own the marketing calendar across multiple brands.

* Create detailed campaign launch plans and GTM checklists.

* Coordinate with Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Website, Product, Design, Content, Video, Influencer, PR, and Sales teams.

* Ensure every campaign launches on time and across all relevant channels.

* Allocate budgets to channel owners and track utilization.

* Run campaign kickoff meetings and daily follow-ups until execution is complete.

* Track campaign performance and prepare post-launch reports.

* Identify execution gaps and continuously improve marketing processes.





* Keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable.

What Were Looking For

* 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Brand, GTM, or Program Management.

* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management.

* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

* Highly detail oriented and execution obsessed.

* Able to prioritize, push teams, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.

* Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Notion, Monday.com, or similar is a plus.

* Experience in startups, consumer internet, D2C, or app businesses is preferred.
