Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of power electronics and renewable energy solutions, specializing in Solar Inverters, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Battery Chargers, and Power Quality Solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable & Banking Executive to strengthen our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

- Process, verify, and record vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supporting documents.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor master records and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company accounting policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Banking Operations

- Handle day-to-day banking transactions, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque processing.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with banks for account management, documentation, and banking facilities.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Demand Drafts (DD), and other banking instruments,



where applicable.
- Monitor cash flow and payment schedules to ensure timely fund availability.
- Support treasury functions and banking compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Banking Operations.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience working with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions).
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 36 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Banking.
- Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Experience in handling high-volume vendor payments and banking operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and production-related accounting processes will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
