Role & responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to support various banking and financial processes.

1. Perform tasks such as remediation, keying, data entry, or other activities depending on the process requirements, which may involve check adjustments, returns, exceptions, or other related areas.
2. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity throughout the workflow.
3. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines.
4. Adapt to assigned tasks within the process as per business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A basic understanding of banking systems and terminologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work adaptable and rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
