Role Objective

The role requires the incumbent to build the Packaging category by acquiring and managing relevant brands, vendors, and suppliers. We are looking for a true techno-commercial professional who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be responsible for scaling the supplier base, managing vendor operations, optimizing inventory and pricing, and owning contract manufacturing production planning and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier/Vendor management across different Packaging product categories in the Industrial/B2B space.
- Vendor onboarding and management by proactively adding new vendors and categories.
- Continuously improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) parameters with suppliers across India.
- Drive standardization of products, processes, and pricing.
- Manage contract manufacturing production planning across categories.
- Handle supply-side operations and ensure operational excellence.

Key Stakeholders

Internal Stakeholders





- Sales Teams Understanding categories to be onboarded.
- Operations, Supply Chain & Warehouse Teams – Ensuring order fulfillment and Supplier NPS.
- Finance, Technology & HR – Managing cross-functional coordination involving vendors, customers, and team members.

External Stakeholders

- Vendors, Brands & Suppliers – Vendor onboarding, price negotiations, current category introduction, and production planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 1+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement/Vendor Management.
- Experience in the Manufacturing sector will be preferred.
- Experience in the Packaging sector will be given priority.

Knowledge & Skills

- Excellent vendor development and supplier management skills.
- Strong network within B2B/Industrial supplier markets and the manufacturing ecosystem.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech from Tier-1 institutes (IIT/NIT) or
- MBA from Tier-1 institutes.
