Preferred candidate profile
- 6+ Months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa).
- Experience with ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
- Hands-on experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
