Job Role-

- Review and analyze multi-specialty patient medical records for completeness and accuracy.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation.
- Ensure compliance with AAPC/AHIMA coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and billing teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding queries.
- Conduct quality checks to minimize coding errors and claim rejections.
- Stay updated with the latest coding regulations, payer policies, and specialty-specific coding changes.
- Work across specialties such as ED Facility, ED Profee, Radilology, Edit and Denials, IPDRG and General surgery.

Eligibility-

- Certification from AAPC (CPC) or AHIMA (CCS/CCA) mandatory.
- 15 years of experience in multi-specialty medical coding (HIM environment preferred).
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and coding software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume records.
- Strong communication skills for effective physician and team collaboration
